The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has approved drone pilot training programmes at Raxa Academy, preparing students for the forthcoming technology with simulator and hands-on equipment instruction.
The GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited security firm Raxa Security Solutions Ltd. announced the start of the training at the academy, which is led by a skilled former air force pilot. The academy will also provide sophisticated industrial training for the best use of drones across various industries.
On December 6, 2022, the DGCA granted the course’s operating licence. The Drone Pilot Training Course and the more difficult Drone Industrial Training Course are the two drone training courses offered by the academy.
After completing the five-day Drone Pilot Instruction course, participants will be completely taught in drone flying operations and will have received the greatest in-sector training. The course will also involve simulator and offline lessons. The advanced edition of the course, which will be a 10-day course, will also give the students industrial-level training in drone operations. The students will learn how to operate drones, put them together, and utilise a variety of other abilities.
